About The Position

We are seeking a Mid-Level - Senior Operational/Trainer. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within driving distance of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The role requires 10–20% travel, both CONUS and OCONUS. A current Secret clearance is required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/operational experience
  • 7+ years of experience in training, operational support, or instruction within a DoD environment
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training materials
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 10–20% (CONUS/OCONUS)
  • Current Secret clearance
  • Must reside within driving distance of APG, MD

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Army intelligence or counterintelligence operations
  • Experience with scenario-based training and operational assessments
  • Knowledge of biometric, communications, and media exploitation technologies
  • Prior experience with “train the trainer” programs

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training materials and “train the trainer” programs for technical prototype packages
  • Provide operational support for the setup, use, and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Conduct user assessments and feedback sessions to improve training and operational procedures
  • Support scenario development and mission objective planning for training events
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs, program management, and Government stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver training reports and documentation
