About The Position

We are seeking a Mid-Level - Senior Operational/Trainer. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within driving distance of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The role requires 10–20% travel, both CONUS and OCONUS. A current Secret clearance is required. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/operational experience
7+ years of experience in training, operational support, or instruction within a DoD environment
Experience developing and delivering technical training materials
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel 10–20% (CONUS/OCONUS)
Current Secret clearance
Must reside within driving distance of APG, MD

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Army intelligence or counterintelligence operations
Experience with scenario-based training and operational assessments
Knowledge of biometric, communications, and media exploitation technologies
Prior experience with “train the trainer” programs

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training materials and “train the trainer” programs for technical prototype packages
Provide operational support for the setup, use, and troubleshooting of equipment
Conduct user assessments and feedback sessions to improve training and operational procedures
Support scenario development and mission objective planning for training events
Collaborate with technical SMEs, program management, and Government stakeholders
Prepare and deliver training reports and documentation
