One Clear Choice is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operational Support Specialist to support our installation and service operations. This role is critical to ensuring job information is accurate, materials are properly accounted for, purchase orders are created correctly, and projects are prepared for successful completion. If you enjoy working with systems, solving problems, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an Operational Support Specialist, you'll serve as a key support resource for our operations, installation, sales, and service teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic accounting and math skills.
  • Strong typing and computer proficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM/service management software.
  • Previous experience in operations support, project coordination, administrative support, purchasing, dispatching, or customer service.
  • Experience in the home services, construction, installation, or service industry.
  • Purchasing, inventory, or materials management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review sold jobs and verify project details for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure materials, products, and job information are properly entered into ServiceTitan.
  • Audit job records and maintain data integrity across company systems.
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs).
  • Coordinate material orders with vendors and suppliers.
  • Track order status and communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project records.
  • Support scheduling and operational teams by ensuring jobs are properly prepared.
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues before projects move forward.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, installers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
