About The Position

The Operational Auditor reports to the Operations Supervisor and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and procedures carried out by operational teams. The role ensures adherence to internal controls and promotes continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

The auditor observes processes, identifies gaps, inefficiencies, or non-compliance, and communicates findings to relevant stakeholders. The role also collaborates with teams to implement actionable recommendations that support process improvement and operational excellence. The position requires maintaining an objective, unbiased approach and focusing on compliance, efficiency, and procedural detail. Physical requirements include standing for prolonged periods and walking extensively throughout warehouse spaces. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrable auditing experience and a solid understanding of operational processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and recommendations.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills to assess processes thoroughly.
• Ability to remain objective and unbiased while conducting evaluations.
• Focus on compliance and efficiency, with attention to procedural details.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and walk significant distances throughout warehouse spaces.
