About The Position

The Operational Auditor reports to the Operations Supervisor and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and procedures carried out by operational teams. The role ensures adherence to internal controls and promotes continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

The position requires objective, unbiased evaluations, a focus on compliance and efficiency, and attention to procedural details. It involves standing for prolonged periods and walking extensively throughout warehouse spaces. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrable auditing experience and a solid understanding of operational processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and recommendations.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills to assess processes thoroughly.
• Ability to remain objective and unbiased while conducting evaluations.
• Focus on compliance and efficiency, with attention to procedural details.

Responsibilities

• Observe and objectively evaluate operational processes to verify that internal controls are functioning as intended.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of non-compliance, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to implement actionable recommendations for process improvement and operational excellence.
