Onsite Property Manager - Training Provided
About The Position
Alexander Forrest Investments (AFI) is seeking an Onsite Property Manager to drive asset performance, NOI growth, and profitability improvements. This role is responsible for maximizing financial returns while ensuring the community is safe, clean, and disciplined. The position includes a comprehensive paid training program (6-8 weeks, $48,000/yr) with furnished housing, followed by relocation to manage a property. Upon successful completion of training, the base salary increases to $60,000/yr, with a 100% rent concession and a performance-based incentive plan. Relocation outside of the current state of residency is a requirement for this role.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication/teamwork skills
- Professional presentation compatible with AFI Core Values
- Willingness to learn and work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with additional hours as required for proper management of asset
- Ability to solve problems involving: residents, personnel, finances, equipment/ maintenance issues, emergency situations, etc.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to a presently undetermined location outside of current state of residency.

Responsibilities
- Daily oversight/maintenance of curb appeal
- Promotion of Property through outside marketing campaigns
- Performance of showings to interested applicants
- Relationship building in the local community
- Management of onsite residents including but not limited to rent collection, evictions proceedings, community rule enforcement, etc.
- Budget management and financial reporting
