About The Position

The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects. The role oversees project revenue and profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch. The position requires travel as needed to perform duties and may involve working indoors or outdoors depending on the job.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries.
• Ability to travel as required to perform duties.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and the Wynne system.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors when required by the job.
