About The Position

The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects. The role oversees revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch. The position requires travel as needed to perform job duties and may involve working indoors or outdoors. The stated base pay range is $65,000.00–$102,438.60; starting pay may vary based on the position offered, location, education, training, and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries.
• Ability to travel as required to perform duties.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and the Wynne system.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors when required by the job.
