About The Position

Florida Made Tiny Homes is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This role focuses on converting online leads into qualified appointments for their innovative tiny homes, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and space-saving single-family homes. The ideal candidate is energized by talking with people, skilled in phone communication, persistent in follow-up, and passionate about making homeownership more attainable. The company builds homes on-site, similar to traditional homes, and emphasizes creating space-saving solutions for various customer needs.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to new phone, email, website, and online leads.
Conduct structured Discovery Calls to understand each prospect’s needs, property, timing, budget, funding path, and alignment with ADU fit criteria.
Help prospects understand our homes, process, pricing, available solutions, and appropriate next steps.
Match qualified prospects with the home and design experience that may best meet their needs.
Schedule and confirm qualified In-Home Consultations with our New Home Sales Consultants.
Prepare customers for successful appointments by setting clear expectations and gathering necessary information in advance.
Consistently follow up with prospects who are interested but not yet ready to schedule.
Maintain accurate customer records, next steps, and follow-up dates in our CRM.
Support lead-nurture campaigns and share insights about prospect questions, objections, behavior, and lead quality.
Track and report lead activity, appointment-setting results, and conversion ratios.
