Oversee daily Job Center operations and One-Stop system effectiveness to ensure efficient, customer-centered service delivery, meaningful access, accessibility, and continuous improvement. Ensure the One-Stop delivery system operates in compliance with WIOA Section 121(d), 20 CFR §678.620, and all applicable federal, state, local, and Workforce Development Board policies and requirements. Facilitate coordination, communication, and collaboration among workforce system partners, contractors, Workforce Development Board staff, and community stakeholders. Convene and facilitate meetings with workforce system partners and support the development, implementation, and monitoring of MOUs, RSAs, and partner commitments. Monitor customer flow, service integration, referral processes, operational performance, and service outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the customer experience. Review operational and performance data; analyze trends and recommend corrective actions, process improvements, and system enhancements. Support implementation of the Workforce Development Board's strategic priorities, workforce initiatives, and operational objectives. Foster collaborative relationships with workforce, education, economic development, business, and community organizations to strengthen workforce system partnerships. Support outreach, promotion, and awareness of workforce services and partner programs throughout the region. Prepare and present operational, performance, compliance, and partner activity reports to the Workforce Development Board and other stakeholders. Represent the Workforce Development Board and One-Stop system at meetings, conferences, community events, and partner engagements as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by the Workforce Development Board and/or EDSI Leadership.
