This role is for a Part-Time One-Stop Operations Coordinator, working up to 29 hours per week. The position involves ensuring efficient operations within the One-Stop Centers, coordinating staff deployment, managing coverage plans, and fostering a positive customer experience. The role also includes monitoring supplies, communicating needs to management and funders, assisting with meetings and partner agreements, and generating reports. Eckerd Connects provides Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services through contracts with the U.S. Department of Labor and local workforce boards, aiming to create career pathways for youth, adults, and dislocated workers. Services include occupational skills training, customized training, on-the-job training, incumbent worker training, and transitional employment opportunities. They also provide youth development, academic instruction, career & technical education, and access to WIOA Youth Elements, while developing relationships with employers and industry partnerships.
