Onboarding Manager
About The Position
As an Onboarding Manager, you’ll help new customers get up and running on TUNE and CAKE and build habits that support long-term success. Working with the onboarding team, you’ll guide clients from the sales handoff through training and early adoption, proactively engaging in strategies that support every stage of their customer lifecycle. You’ll initially support onboarding projects and gradually take ownership of your own clients. The role is suited to someone with affiliate industry experience who is passionate about training, whether leading live sessions or learning new skills. It also calls for enthusiasm for new projects, strategy-building, and finding solutions that deliver value to clients.

Responsibilities
