This position is primarily responsible for managing logistics, scheduling, and documentation from the time of offer acceptance through the employee’s first weeks. The Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in keeping processes organized, accurate, and on time, while ensuring new team members have the tools and resources they need to get started.
