About The Position

The On-Site Supervisor is primarily responsible for meeting the temporary staffing and/or training needs of a major Surge client. The role provides high-quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching temporary workers’ skills to customer needs, developing and retaining business through outstanding customer service, and completing administrative tasks that support quality service and performance. The On-Site Supervisor may supervise one or more On-site Staffing Specialists. The schedule is flexible and is three days per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Proven leadership or success in a previous managerial role.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build or enhance successful business partnerships.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role or 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Previous factory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Administrative skills.
• Experience performing background checks, I-9 processing, and E-Verify.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet the temporary help and/or training needs of a major Surge client.
• Deliver high-quality service to the customer and temporary employees.
• Match temporary employees’ skills to customer needs.
• Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Perform administrative tasks that support quality service and performance.
• Monitor employee attendance.
• Process and assist with Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Reconcile invoices from vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May supervise one or more On-site Staffing Specialists.
