About The Position

Malone is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Bilingual Onsite Specialist to recruit and screen candidates and determine their skills and fit for client needs. The role interfaces with clients to understand staffing needs, manages the recruitment process, provides information requested by clients, and fosters positive relationships with candidates. The position is based in Hebron, Kentucky, and is performed in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred; Creole or French is a plus.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or HR is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients and employees.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates.
• Interview and screen candidates for current and future job openings.
• Perform drug screens and background checks as needed.
• Verify candidates’ and applicants’ past employment.
• Answer employee and customer inquiries and needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests.
• Onboard new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
• Maintain and present reports to management as required.
• Continuously learn and stay current on industry trends.
• Consistently meet company goals and expectations.
