About The Position

Malone is recruiting a Bilingual Onsite Specialist to support clients and employees through recruiting, screening, and staffing activities. The role involves identifying candidates whose skills and fit meet client needs, determining staffing needs with clients, managing the recruitment process, providing requested information and reports, and fostering positive candidate relationships. The position is located in Hebron, Kentucky, and is full-time.

Requirements

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients and employees.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
Must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English and Spanish; Creole or French is a plus.
Experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or HR.

Responsibilities

Recruit and source candidates.
Interview and screen candidates for current and future job openings.
Perform drug screens and background checks as needed.
Verify past employment of candidates and applicants.
Answer employee and customer inquiries and address their needs.
Handle customer inquiries and requests.
Onboard new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
Maintain and present reports to management as required.
Continuously learn and stay current on industry trends.
Consistently meet company goals and expectations.
