About The Position
The On Premise Manager serves as a liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees, including regularly attending client production and/or staff meetings. The manager works at the client site to oversee the temporary workforce, understand client needs, provide quality contractors, and maximize profitability. The role also supports internal and client reporting, uses Aerotek resources to resolve conflicts, and performs customer-service-related activities.
Requirements
- Customer- or sales-focused experience.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
