About The Position

Aerotek, an operating company within Allegis Group, is seeking an On-Premise Executive to lead workforce solutions for key client accounts. The role manages client partnerships and account growth while overseeing on-site delivery teams and promoting retention, operational excellence, and high-quality service. The executive acts as a trusted advisor to client leadership, develops talent, solves complex business challenges, and makes a measurable impact across client organizations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in account management, recruiting, workforce solutions, project management, on-premise support, or people leadership.
Experience managing client relationships and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
Ability to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience supporting enterprise, national, or multi-location accounts.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including large national and multi-site organizations.
Build strong relationships with executive-level decision makers and key stakeholders.
Lead account strategies focused on client satisfaction, retention, growth, and service excellence.
Ensure client-specific processes, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Conduct business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop delivery teams to ensure outstanding client service.
Resolve escalated issues and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement.
