About The Position

Bluecrux is hiring an OMP Implementation Lead to help clients transform supply chain planning and management using consulting expertise and the OMP planning platform. The role leads client-facing implementations from discovery and process design through solution configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption. It involves working with clients to make design decisions, guiding delivery teams, and translating planning challenges into practical solutions. The position is part of the growing US Delivery Team and collaborates with OMP colleagues across the US and Europe.

The role supports OMP solutions for forecasting, S&OP, scheduling, and supply-demand alignment. It also contributes implementation experience to proposals and helps improve project delivery. At Senior Manager level, the role takes broader ownership across workstreams and helps shape the delivery approach.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and deploying OMP planning solutions.
• Understanding of how OMP solvers, dispatchers, and ADM rules affect planning outcomes and ability to apply that knowledge to client requirements.
• Strong supply chain planning knowledge, including production scheduling, detailed planning, material requirements planning, and demand and supply balancing.
• Ability to improve planning processes and translate business needs into process designs, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Ability to lead workshops, guide stakeholders through solution choices, manage expectations, and make clear recommendations when priorities compete.
• Experience leading substantial OMP implementation work, including configuration, testing, issue resolution, and deployment.
• At Senior Manager level, ability to oversee multiple workstreams and guide the wider delivery team.
• Analytical judgment to use data and project evidence to diagnose problems, assess options, and resolve implementation issues.
• Ability to collaborate with planners, business leaders, technical teams, and consultants across disciplines and regions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 7–10 years of relevant experience for Manager or 10+ years for Senior Manager; level is assessed based on the scope of work personally led.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing OMP implementation work from discovery and process design through configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops to understand clients’ current planning processes and translate needs into process designs, solution decisions, functional specifications, and data requirements.
• Guide configuration and testing, resolve implementation issues, and explain the trade-offs behind recommendations.
• Coordinate client and Bluecrux teams and keep stakeholders aligned on decisions, scope, risks, and delivery priorities.
• Support users through documentation, knowledge transfer, and practical guidance as new ways of working are adopted.
• Contribute implementation experience to proposals and help improve OMP project delivery.
• At Senior Manager level, take broader ownership across workstreams, oversee multiple workstreams, guide the wider delivery team, and help shape the delivery approach.
