Omnichannel Associate - Greenbrier Mall
About The Position
The Omnichannel Associate contributes to profitable sales growth by carrying out Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities and strategies, as well as customer service and sales and general operations. The role includes assisting customers, processing and packing online orders, supporting order pickup and shipping, handling jcp.com inventory and transactions, replenishing merchandise, and participating in inventory activities. Associates are expected to meet established performance standards, including those related to shrink and safety initiatives, omnichannel operations, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance. JCPenney describes the role’s success competencies as Results, Ownership, and Intensity. The posted pay range is USD $13.00 to $16.25 per hour. Eligible associates may receive company benefits and an associate merchandise discount.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in finding products and provide outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrate customer service behaviors, listen calmly and agreeably to customer issues, and work to resolve problems.
- Promote company products and services and partner effectively with team members.
- Monitor the Enterprise Fulfillment systems application, pick merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion in the system.
- Pack orders accurately according to packaging requirements and timelines.
- Complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner.
- Research jcp.com order shortages and overages and complete shipment check-in.
- Complete order binning and system reporting for jcp.com processes.
- Help organize and maintain the jcp.com stock area.
- Process jcp.com order delivery and return transactions on the register.
- Partner with Merchandise Associates/Assistants or personally replenish products from inventory.
- Participate in the annual inventory process.
- Meet established standards for shrink and safety initiatives, omnichannel operations, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
