Omnichannel Associate - Mid Rivers Mall
About The Position
The Omnichannel Associate contributes to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities and strategies, including customer service and sales, fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations. The role supports customers in finding products and provides outstanding service while completing online order fulfillment and related store processes. The associate monitors fulfillment systems, picks and packs merchandise orders, and completes Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities. The role also researches jcp.com order discrepancies, checks in shipments, bins orders, maintains the jcp.com stock area, and processes order delivery and return transactions. General duties include replenishing merchandise, participating in annual inventory, and meeting performance standards for shrink and safety, omnichannel operations, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions that support sales, profit, and customer service.
- Ability to execute work effectively and efficiently and hold oneself accountable for results.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations with energy and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in finding products and provide outstanding customer service.
- Listen calmly and agreeably to customer issues and work to resolve problems.
- Promote company products and services and partner effectively with team members.
- Monitor the Enterprise Fulfillment systems application, pick merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion in the system.
- Pack orders accurately according to packaging requirements and timelines.
- Complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner.
- Research jcp.com order shortages and overages and complete shipment check-in.
- Complete order binning and system reporting for jcp.com processes.
- Assist with organization and maintenance of the jcp.com stock area.
- Process jcp.com order delivery and return transactions on the register.
- Partner with Merchandise Associates/Assistants or replenish products from inventory.
- Participate in the annual inventory process.
- Meet established performance standards, including shrink and safety initiatives, omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
