About The Position

This summer 2027 internship offers hospitality students hands-on training in various aspects of the hotel business. The intern serves as a utility player, rotating among entry-level positions based on business needs. Omni Care Interns receive mentorship and attend training and enrichment seminars during the summer season. The internship may provide opportunities for future growth within the company, including consideration for the LID (Leader in Development) program.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during daily business.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly in various entry-level service positions throughout the property.
• Attend to and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Adapt to changing schedules and demonstrate flexibility.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the summer season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
