About The Position

This summer internship provides hands-on training for hospitality students to learn various aspects of the hotel business. The intern serves as a utility player, rotating through food and beverage departments and positions according to business needs. Omni Care Interns receive mentorship and growth opportunities, including consideration for the LID (Leader in Development) program.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during daily business.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service position.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly in various entry-level service positions within the property.
• Rotate between food and beverage outlets and banquets; additional departments or roles may be added based on business needs.
• Attend to and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars during the summer season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
