About The Position

The Omni Care Internship is a hands-on training opportunity for hospitality students to learn various aspects of the hotel business. The intern serves as a utility player, rotating among different entry-level service positions based on business needs. Interns receive mentorship and opportunities for future growth within Omni Hotels & Resorts, including possible consideration for the Leader in Development (LID) program. The internship includes training and enrichment seminars during the summer season.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on different projects.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during daily business.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly in various entry-level service positions across the property.
• Attend to and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Adapt to scheduling needs and changes.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars during the summer season.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
