About The Position

OLEDWorks is seeking a co-op student for Spring 2027 to gain hands-on experience with OLED technology at its Rochester-based company. The co-op involves Software and Systems Engineering, including writing software to control equipment in R&D and production areas, and coding to collect, analyze, and present data while working closely with company engineers. Students are expected to finish the co-op with an enhanced understanding of OLED technology and software programming in an R&D and production environment. The work environment is described as flexible and energetic.

Requirements

• Be working toward a degree in, or have a field of study in, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Have programming experience.
• Be comfortable working independently and coordinating with others.
• Have problem-solving ability.
• Adapt to a changing and growing company environment and seek solutions with a positive outlook.
• Be detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or LabView is highly preferred.
