OLED Industrial Engineering Co-op
About The Position
OLEDWorks is seeking co-op students interested in gaining hands-on experience with OLED technology at a Rochester-based company that manufactures Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) devices for the lighting, automotive, and display industries. Co-op students will work in a flexible, energetic environment alongside innovators. Work may include process optimization, continuous improvement activities, tooling and fixture fabrication and testing, data collection and analysis, developing safety and quality systems and documentation, and collaborating closely with design and/or manufacturing engineers. By the end of the co-op block, students should have an enhanced understanding of OLED technology and manufacturing processes. OLEDWorks is an equal opportunity organization. Requirements
- Comfortable working independently and coordinating with others.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to adapt within a changing and growing company environment and seek solutions with a positive outlook.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work on projects with varying scopes.
Nice To Haves
- Working toward a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
