About The Position
Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube technicians. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training to teach team members oil changes, wiper blade and air filter replacements, tire inflation, and other light maintenance services. The role offers pay up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions, with opportunities to advance into leadership. Full-time and flexible schedules are available.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
- Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.
- Must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
- Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
- Inspect and top off fluids.
- Perform coolant exchanges.
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
