About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to perform oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance services while providing excellent customer service. No experience is required; the company provides paid training. Team members may advance through the company, with opportunities to become leaders and Shop Managers. Pay is up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions, with weekly bonuses. Same-day access to up to 50% of earned wages is available through myFlexPay.

Requirements

• No experience required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
