About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance services. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training to teach team members how to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, add air to tires, and perform other light maintenance. Requirements

• No experience is required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
