About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided to prepare team members to work as lube technicians. The role involves changing oil and filters, replacing wiper blades and air filters, adding air to tires, and performing other light maintenance services. Candidates should be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude. Pay is up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions. Requirements

• No experience is required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
