Requirements

No prior experience is required; the company will provide training.
Be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
Be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
Be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions when necessary.
Have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Be over 18 years of age, except applicants may be over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Inspect and top off fluids.
Perform coolant exchanges.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Learn to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires with air, and provide other light maintenance services.
