About The Position
Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube technicians. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training to teach team members how to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires, and perform other light maintenance services. Requirements
- No prior experience is required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude is expected.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
- Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
- Inspect and top off fluids.
- Perform coolant exchanges.
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
