About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to work as a crew member and lube technician. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The role involves changing oil and filters, replacing or servicing basic vehicle components, performing light maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Team members may advance through the company, with opportunities to become leaders and shop managers.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, except in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming, where applicants may be over 16.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
