About The Position
Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube technicians. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. Team members learn to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires with air, and perform other light maintenance services. The position offers base pay and commissions, with compensation of up to $15 per hour. Opportunities for advancement include progressing into leadership roles.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions when necessary.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- Must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
- Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
- Inspect and top off fluids.
- Perform coolant exchanges.
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
