About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member to perform oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance while providing customer service. No previous experience is required; paid training is provided. The role offers pay up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions. Team members may have opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Requirements

No previous experience required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Inspect and top off fluids.
Perform coolant exchanges.
Restock and maintain floor inventory.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Change wiper blades and air filters, fill tires with air, and perform other light maintenance services.
