About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and light maintenance services while delivering friendly, efficient customer service. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The role may involve changing oil, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling tires with air, and other light maintenance work. Requirements

No prior experience is required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude is expected.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Inspect and top off fluids.
Perform coolant exchanges.
Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires with air, and perform other light maintenance services as trained.
