About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube technicians. No prior experience is required; the company provides training to perform oil changes and other light maintenance services, including replacing wiper blades and air filters and filling tires with air. Team members should be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude. The role offers base pay and commissions, with stated pay of up to $15 per hour. Requirements

• No experience is required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude is expected.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit and safely position under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
