About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to work as a crew member and lube technician. No prior experience is required; training is provided to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades and air filters, add air to tires, and provide other light vehicle maintenance services. The role calls for a willingness to learn, hard work, and a positive attitude. Pay is up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions. The company offers paid training and opportunities to advance, including a path toward leadership roles.

Requirements

• No experience is required; training is provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
