This position will bridge the gap between complex network infrastructure and daily legal operations, driving departmental efficiency through expertise in system automation and a foundational understanding of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver capable of managing high-level projects independently, such as hybrid cloud migrations and cybersecurity hardening, while also providing mentorship and supervision to technical staff in a mission-driven environment. This role supports and coordinates tasks related to office automation systems, requiring a working ability to conduct feasibility studies, problem analysis, conceptual systems design, micro-computer programming, occasional systems maintenance and repair, and analysis/recommendations for new equipment purchases and vendor liaison.
