We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Office Specialist 2 to join our dynamic Child Welfare team in Klamath Falls.

Requirements

  • Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents OR An associate degree in any field OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience conducting work that requires attention to detail, particularly when creating or reviewing documents.
  • Experience communicating clearly and precisely through different platforms (examples: cell phone, email, in person, Microsoft Teams).
  • Experience handling confidential information (example: credit card information; employment information, medical records, etc.).
  • Experience providing customer service that is present, engaging, embodies a positive approach.
  • Experience working successfully both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating organizational skills and experience adapting to changing priorities.
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to case workers and supervisors.
  • Answer calls, address inquiries, coordinate schedules, and direct individuals to services and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and policies regarding payments, documents, and information.
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, case management tasks, and record-keeping.
  • Adapt to changes as needed by supporting various areas of Child Welfare.
