Our Phoenix team focuses on Aging-in-Place solutions and long-term home care — not quick fixes. We value professionalism, organization, and strong communication in both the field and the office. We are seeking a dependable and organized Scheduler / Estimator to support daily operations in our Central Phoenix office. This is primarily an in-office role, with flexibility for part-time or full-time hours and limited work-from-home opportunities based on performance and operational needs. This role is ideal for someone with experience in residential construction or handyman estimating, who can confidently communicate with customers, build accurate job scopes, and help keep operations running efficiently.
