About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting Voya’s enrollment and education services as a scheduler. This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager. The role provides a streamlined scheduling process for all education and enrollment meetings. It coordinates and schedules meetings that optimize the Retirement Education Specialist’s time and travel within their region, and across regions when necessary. The specialist will manage 4 – 6 Retirement Education Specialist’s calendars at one time. They will confirm meeting date/time and content between plan sponsor, Broker, TPA and sales/service team as applicable. The role involves sending meeting confirmation to internal business partners and inputting all necessary data to calendar and Salesforce. Additionally, the specialist will send meeting confirmation to external business partners (brokers, sponsor, tpa) and coordinate with the Sales Support Team to ensure kits are ordered and delivered timely.

Requirements

  • Poised speaker with proven phone skills and the ability to engage colleagues and clients alike.
  • 2-4 years' experience in Financial or Retirement Services
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel and Salesforce.
