An Office Manager at EyeCare Partners is responsible for achieving a world-class Total Patient Experience, maximizing retail sales, and supporting patients’ medical needs. This role manages all operations of an office location, including team member support, merchandising, inventory management, training, and safety. The Office Manager executes the Total Patient Experience (TPE) to drive revenue and profitability and exercises independent judgment and discretion in managing the overall performance of the entire retail operation. A Licensed Office Manager must possess a State Optician’s License where required by the company.
