This role is ideal for a strong leader who can balance operational oversight, project execution, and team development while helping drive organizational success. The Manager, Construction Management Office will lead and oversee construction management operations and project workflows, manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and operational priorities, and coordinate with engineering, field operations, vendors, contractors, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution. The role also involves developing and improving construction management processes, reporting, and operational standards, monitoring project performance, milestones, and deliverables, and supporting forecasting, scheduling, and workforce planning initiatives. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, identifying operational challenges and implementing proactive solutions, and providing leadership, mentorship, and development support to construction management staff are also key responsibilities. The role may also assist with vendor management, project documentation, and strategic planning initiatives.
