Your responsibilities As an Office Manager at Ekimetrics, you will play a central role in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace while supporting the company’s continued growth, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and responsible operations. You will oversee daily office operations, facilities, logistics, vendor management, and budgeting while ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and operational excellence. Acting as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders, you will partner closely with Finance, People, and IT teams on onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience initiatives. You will also manage office events, internal rituals, and corporate apartment operations, coordinating logistics and stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences.
