Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience in flooring, construction, or home improvement is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email; Schedule appointments for Design Associates and manage follow-ups on open proposals; Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every customer; Support and execute local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness; Represent the business at home shows and community events (occasional evenings/weekends).
  • Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment; Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination; Update Salesforce daily with job progress and customer information (training provided); Partner with bookkeeping support and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online; Assist in tracking projects, timelines, and customer communication; Meet weekly with the Owner to review sales performance and project pipeline.
  • Support Business Growth: Take ownership of key administrative and operational functions; Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings; Help improve processes and identify efficiencies; Contribute ideas that shape the future of the business; Support day-to-day social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, and local community platforms); Capture and share project updates, customer stories, and before/after content; Assist in planning and promoting local networking events and community outreach; Assist in building relationships with realtors, contractors, and local partners to generate referrals.
