ELS is hiring for the position of Office Manager in Mesa, Arizona. The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the property administration office and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to residents, guest, and team members. This position manages customer relations, lease administration, collections and delinquency processes, and takes an active role in home inspections in partnership with the Maintenance Team. The Office Manager leads the administrative team, takes ownership of resident concerns by proactively resolving issues whenever possible, and work collaboratively with all departments to ensure efficient operations and a positive resident/guest experience.
