About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site leadership support role responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for families, staff, and visitors. The Office Manager serves as the operational hub of the clinic, managing administrative workflows, coordinating client intake and scheduling, and supporting overall clinic organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping systems and people running efficiently.

Requirements

  • Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families seeking ABA services
  • Conduct intake calls, explain services, and guide families through next steps
  • Track intake progress and support onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate client and administrative records in internal systems
  • Support scheduling and communicate updates with families and staff
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and clinic organization
  • Act as liaison between families, clinicians, and operations leadership
  • Ensure professional, timely, and compassionate communication at all times
