About The Position

This role is responsible for managing all activities within a single plant, including production, quality, logistics, technical service, HSE, and maintenance. The Plant Manager may also contribute to and execute functional strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of previous experience as a plant manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong experience with continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Pull Flow).
• Experience in SAP.
• Strong background in risk management and production fundamentals.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of TS 16949, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Establishing the operating budget, approving investments, and monitoring the cost and effectiveness of production activities.
• Driving continuous improvement activities, implementing and sustaining production basics to achieve benchmarking results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, including inventory.
• Sustaining and implementing a Quality Management System by developing and enforcing local quality assurance strategies and implementing appropriate procedures and measures for quality control.
• Ensuring efficient logistics operations, including logistics planning, transport logistics, and production logistics.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of all technical equipment in the plant to facilitate a smooth production process.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory HSE standards to protect employees and the environment.
