About The Position

The Treetop ABA Therapy is growing and seeking an Operations Manager to join their Savannah, GA clinic. This role is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys teamwork and making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism and their families. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, overseeing daily operations, managing scheduling and care coordination, supporting behavior technicians and administrative staff, and collaborating with the Clinic Director. This role also involves creating a welcoming environment for families and fostering community relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
• 3+ years Experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
• Experience supporting or leading teams
• Comfortable working on-site in a clinic environment
• Self-motivated and collaborative

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day clinic operations and front office needs
• Overseeing client and staff scheduling to ensure quality service delivery
• Supporting staff and helping new team members onboard successfully
• Partnering with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Assisting with community outreach and relationship-building
