The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office while serving as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, employees, and vendors. Managing the company’s main phone lines is a primary responsibility of this position and requires consistent availability, professionalism, and accurate call routing throughout business hours. This position also provides administrative support to multiple members of the executive leadership team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents, tracking follow-up items, and assisting with day-to-day administrative needs. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the Office Manager maintains an organized and professional office environment, coordinates office services and supplies, supports new hire onboarding, and assists with employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
